General Hospital spoilers confirm that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is horrified on Monday, July 27, 2026 — just as her plan to flee Port Charles under a new identity collapses. This plan also comes right when it looks like her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), has made a rather big move to protect her daughter.

Obviously, the timing of this spoiler could not be worse for Willow. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), who has so far had her back, has arrived to take her down to the PCPD for questioning. 

Meanwhile, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been pushed into the Quartermaine lake by Nina after he began to speak. 

How is Willow going to get out of this one?

Everything Is Falling Apart for Willow… Finally

For months and months, it looked like Willow was going to get away with everything she had done. Now, it appears that everything is falling apart and crashing down on her. Willow has desperately tried to keep her husband, Drew, silent after shooting him and keeping him paralysed and in a locked-in condition.

Knowing she had to eventually stop injecting him with the paralytic, Willow has searched for leverage on Drew, particularly evidence that he had misused federal funds. However, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) was unable to recover the black box containing this much-needed information.

As General Hospital spoilers hinted, Drew recently regained some movement and speech — and now, Willow and Nina had no reliable way to stop him from exposing what they had done.

This led to Jack offering Willow, Wiley, and Amelia new identities and a way to immediately escape Port Charles. It appeared that Willow was going to quickly leave town, but first she called Nina and asked her to leave with them. Right when it looked like Willow was going to get away with it again, Chase showed up and said he had to bring her down to the police station to question her over her possible connection to the notorious criminal Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Of course, that’s not the only questioning Willow has faced recently. Willow was also pressed by Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), as Liz wants to give Drew a communication device.

Then, there’s Nina. Nina being Nina, she decided to go the extra mile to protect herself and her daughter. After Drew suddenly spoke to her, Nina unlocked his wheelchair and pushed him off the dock and into the Quartermaine lake. 

Willow, of course, doesn’t know what her mother has done… yet.

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Is Horrified

On Monday, July 27, 2026, Willow is horrified. While this spoiler doesn’t indicate what Willow is shocked by, there are quite a lot of reasons Willow may stress out. The strongest possibility is that she learns that Nina tried to kill Drew. However, she could also be shocked by the fact that she now can’t escape Port Charles. Or has Drew survived Nina’s murder attempt… and is he now talking and confessing everything?

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday also hint that Willow’s future is on the line. Clearly, Willow isn’t going to get away with it this time. The police could find out the truth as they scrutinize her connection with Sidwell. If Drew indeed survives this murder attempt, his testimony will obviously put her in a massive amount of danger and trouble. 

Willow has repeatedly said she did all of this for her kids. However, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will almost certainly use any arrest — or attempted flight out of Port Charles — in a custody battle over Wiley and Amelia. And then, what will Willow have left?
