General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) - Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen)

General Hospital spoilers confirm Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) challenges Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on Friday, July 24, 2026. Is Liz finally closing in on the truth behind Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) suspiciously stalled recovery? It looks like it!

This latest confrontation between Elizabeth and Willow comes after Liz and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) questioned why Drew was still trapped in his locked-in state… especially after Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) has already recovered from a very similar medical crisis.

Now, it appears that Elizabeth is ready to take those vital concerns straight to Willow…

    Elizabeth Is Suspicious of Willow

Elizabeth’s concern about Drew first began because of a medical inconsistency. Previously on GH, Drew has been receiving care at home and has been completely under Willow’s control. His condition has not improved as many doctors expected it would.

Recently, Liz began to compare Drew’s case with Brennan’s — who Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) accidentally stabbed with Drew’s syringe. Liz raised the possibility that perhaps something, or someone, inside Drew’s home could be preventing his progress.

Of course, we all know that Liz’s questions are very close to the truth. Willow has secretly been dosing Drew with a paralytic, which has kept him immobilized — and, crucially, unable to expose her.

Willow previously admitted to Drew that she indeed was the one who shot him. Now, she is continuing to control his condition as a form of protection. She wants to keep him quiet. However, General Hospital spoilers hint that Willow might not succeed for much longer.

More recently, Drew showed signs of regaining movement. Willow has even acknowledged that her supply of the drug was running low. All signs point to the truth coming out soon.

Elizabeth may not know the full story — yet — but she has begun to question why Willow’s version of events isn’t adding up.

General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Challenges Willow

These recent spoilers don’t exactly indicate whether we’re going to get a full-on showdown between Liz and Willow, or if Liz will just subtly inch closer to uncovering the truth. However, we do know that this might result in Liz being the one to finally bring down Willow for what she has done to Drew.

After all, Liz had planned to share her environmental theory with Willow. This could force Willow to explain why Drew has lacked progress. Liz could end up putting more pressure on Willow to make another mistake. This wouldn’t be the first time Willow brushed off Liz’s concerns about Drew — and that could make Liz suspicious.

This little conversation between the two women also comes right as other General Hospital spoilers confirm that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) prepare to compare information with each other.

Both have reasons to question Willow’s actions. Obviously. So, could Willow help either Michael or Alexis out with her own suspicions?

When all is said and done, Willow’s greatest threat may no longer be Drew recovering and telling everyone that she was the one to shoot him. Instead, it might be all the people who have individually recognized that something is severely wrong with Willow and Drew.
