General Hospital spoilers confirm that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) vows revenge on Thursday, August 27, 2026 — less than a week after he extended an olive branch. While this new spoiler doesn’t identify the target of Drew’s new revenge scheme, it’s clear that his attempt at peace hasn’t changed his agenda.
Recently on GH, Drew revealed that he was actively working against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) has also become an immediate obstacle in this campaign. Of course, Drew also has it out for… quite a lot of people in Port Charles.
It’s not a surprise that Drew is out for revenge. These new official spoilers hint that his plan may finally be escalating.

Drew’s Peace Wasn’t the End of His War
Last week on GH, Drew offered an olive branch to none other than Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), as he apologized to her. He also tried to smooth things over with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), his nephew whom he betrayed more than once. He wants a more active role at Aurora — a move that Michael initially rejected. However, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) convinced him to let Drew back in the company, if only to keep an enemy close.
Of course, while Drew was making peace with some, he was also fueling his revenge campaign against others, as previous General Hospital spoilers hinted at. Drew recently reaffirmed his alliance with Ava Jerome (Maura West) to bring down Sonny. Drew intends to bid on Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) assets and views these holdings as a way to defeat Sonny.
Clearly, Drew isn’t abandoning his plan to take down Sonny anytime soon. It’s obvious that he’s only repairing relationships that he feels could be useful to him while he pursues the enemies he wants to take down.
And eventually he’s almost certainly going to go after Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), right…?

General Hospital Spoilers: Who Is Drew After Now?
These new GH spoilers don’t name Drew’s target. Based on the most recent storylines, Sonny is the most obvious possibility. However, this is Drew Cain we’re talking about — so Sonny is far from the only one.
Drew’s most immediate problem in his quest to take down Sonny is Brennan. This has led Drew to tell Ava that he needs her to occupy Brennan while he searches his hotel room for the evidence that the WSB chief is holding over him. Therefore, his latest target might not be Sonny… yet. It could be Brennan.
But that’s not all. These new General Hospital spoilers could be hinting that he’s going to go after none other than Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).
After all, the two teenagers have been actively plotting against him. They’ve even discussed ways to create or uncover a scandal that they can use as leverage. Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is, of course, worried that this scheme could backfire. If Drew figures out what they’re up to, then his new revenge plan could be to go after them.
Other General Hospital spoilers for the week could connect to this one. After all, Ava ends up setting a trap, while Drew is waylaid. Could this all be involved in their little revenge scheme?
