General Hospital spoilers say that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is stunned on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 — and we can’t help but feel that it has something about the truth of Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) being revealed!
In this week’s promo, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) clearly are playing a direct role in Michael’s escalating fight with his ex-wife, Willow. As a result of this promo and this new spoiler, it’s clear that Michael might finally — officially — learn something viewers and a few Port Charles residents have known for months.
General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Is Stunned
This week on GH, it looks like Michael and Willow are in for quite a lot of drama. After Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) drugged Willow, Michael came to her rescue, ensuring she and their children were safe. Even though the formerly married couple has had major lows, in this moment, they were friendly with each other.
That all looks like it’s going to change once Willow wakes up and realizes that she was drugged. General Hospital spoilers hint that Willow will tell Michael that she intends to take the children. Could she immediately realize that Jacinda was the one to slip something into her drink? While Michael might end things with his girlfriend over her actions, it’s clear Willow is going to blame him.
Enter Trina and Kai. Trina goes to Michael and tells him, “We can help you stop her.” As we all know, Trina and Kai have ammunition for Michael in his ongoing drama with Willow. They know that she shot Drew. Will they truly, finally, tell him what they know?

Will Willow Finally Go Down for Shooting Drew?
It is no longer speculation on who shot Drew. It hasn’t been for quite some time, even if many of the residents of Port Charles are still in the dark. Willow shot Drew. Earlier this year, it was revealed that she shot him twice in the back. Around the same time, Trina and Kai solved the mystery themselves.
The night Drew was shot, Trina and Kai heard a very distinctive ringtone inside the home. Months later, during Willow’s trial, Wiley called his mother — and that very same ringtone played from Willow’s phone. For Trina and Kai, that tied Willow to Drew’s house on the night of the shooting. They’ve been convinced that she was the shooter ever since.
Though they took what they knew to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Willow was ultimately not found guilty. So far, Michael hasn’t received the information that Trina and Kai uncovered. These new General Hospital spoilers seem to hint that all of that is about to change.
Of course, there are quite a lot of people who do know that Willow was the real shooter. Drew himself knows, thanks to Willow’s confession! So, with this knowledge, just what will Michael do? Will Willow’s past finally catch up to her?

Once again, Michael and Willow are at war over the custody of their children. This war has spiraled into something rather dangerous, thanks to Jacinda’s latest actions. Last week, Jacinda drugged Willow — and this week, we’re still in the thick of the fallout.
It looks like Jacinda and Michael might be on the outs. After all, an unknowingly intoxicated Willow almost drove with Wiley and Amelia before Michael arrived and intervened, sending the kids to bed and taking care of a high Willow. However, that brief lull in Willow and Michael’s battle won’t last.
If these General Hospital spoilers are hinting that Michael will finally learn that Willow shot Drew, this information will fundamentally change what he knows and understands about his ex-wife. For the first time, Michael will be faced with evidence that shows what Willow did — and what she’s capable of.
