General Hospital Spoilers: Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) - Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna)

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan West, aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), face off yet again amid major Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) drama.

Now that Dante knows the truth about Rocco being the one to shoot WSB agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), he’s furious with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and “Nathan” for not telling him the truth. Dante has already gone out of his way to destroy the police evidence that could point Cullum in Rocco’s direction. He’ll do whatever it takes to keep his son safe.

But that doesn’t mean he’s going to be okay with how Cassius and Lulu have dealt with things so far. While Dante has already gone after Cassius for keeping this secret from him, it looks like the two will clash yet again, especially after Rocco went to Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) for help when his sister, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) decided to break into Wyndemere.

Dante knows that Rocco is struggling, and it appears he’s going to keep blaming Cassius for all of this drama. Official General Hospital spoilers confirm that Dante summons Nathan, aka Cassius, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, for a little chat. Could Dante inform Nathan that he has destroyed evidence linking Rocco to Cullum’s shooting… or is he about to lay into Nathan yet again?

Will Dante Realize That Something Is Off With Nathan on GH?

There could be quite a lot of reasons why Dante summons Nathan on GH. The two aren’t on the greatest of terms, to say the least, so chances are, this chat they have isn’t going to be kind. It’s almost certainly going to be about Rocco, isn’t it?

This week’s spoiler video has already shown that Dante learns all about the idea of Rocco leaving Port Charles. While Cassius has tried desperately to get Rocco out of town to keep him safe from Cullum, Lulu has been very against this idea. However, it looks like she has changed her opinion somewhat, as in the video, Dante blasts Lulu, saying he won’t allow her to make his son a fugitive.

Though these new General Hospital spoilers don’t hint at what Cassius and Dante talk about, it’s clear that this Rocco storyline is only going to get more dramatic. Charlotte and Danny are breaking into Wyndemere and getting caught in the process. Gio is now involved. Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is the only one who knows the truth about Cassius… and she’s locked up in the dungeons of Wyndemere.

Dante has already made a few comments about how he doesn’t even know who his friend “Nathan” is anymore. How could Nathan go out of his way to keep Rocco’s involvement in Cullum’s shooting from him? Dante clearly doesn’t trust Nathan. So, could this lead to Dante being the one to uncover the truth about who Nathan really is?

Anything’s possible! Slowly, this Cullum shooting storyline is growing bigger and bigger by the episode. More and more characters are being dragged into it, according to these new General Hospital spoilers. As Dante worries about his son, will he be able to rely on Nathan to do what is right?
