General Hospital weekly spoilers for Monday, April 27, 2026, to Friday, May 1, 2026, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is on the hunt for answers about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). So far, she has questioned Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) about Faison. Could her investigation lead her to the truth of who, exactly, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) really is?

On Monday, we get to see Valentin confess… could this have anything to do with Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) current condition? Valentin is clearly concerned about Anna, and after his latest conversation with Joss about Faison, he took it upon himself to call Anna’s hospital and learn how she was. Could Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have a few questions for him?
General Hospital weekly spoilers also hint that we’ll see a Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) update today, as Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) receives one. Perhaps her current beau, Ric, has some new information for her?
Meanwhile, Joss is still on the case of learning about Faison — and perhaps Detective Nathan West. Today, she questions police commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Could what Dante tells her make Joss question Nathan even more? Will she learn that Nathan is really Nathan’s twin brother, Cassius?

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are foes once again. Willow is going to go after Michael’s girlfriend, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), and Michael is going to go after Willow for shooting Drew. Today, they meet. Will Michael get the information he wants to take down Willow, once and for all?
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Curtis is investigating who was in the other car during Jordan’s car crash. The last time we saw him, he learned of the make of vehicle that might have been involved… a vehicle that matches the one Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) drives. Today, he eyes a new suspect. Perhaps he thinks Isaiah was the other person in the car and searches for the truth?
General Hospital weekly spoilers also indicate that Jordan is still going through it. On Tuesday, however, she gets to open up to her new friend, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). Can Justine assure Jordan that they’ll do whatever it takes to find the other person in the car?

On Thursday, Britt spills while Lucas confronts his sister, Carly. Lucas is aware that Carly is having an affair and cheating on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), but he doesn’t know with whom Carly is cheating. Could he learn all about Valentin?
Speaking of Brennan, he’s rather alarmed today. Could Brennan finally realize that the woman he’s in love with is not only hiding Valentin — the fugitive he’s looking for — but also hooking up with said fugitive?

But Britt now knows that Rocco was the one responsible for Cullum’s shooting. Will she be able to keep Rocco’s secret from Sonny?
