General Hospital spoilers hint that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might be on to Lulu Spencer’s trail (Alexa Havins) — namely, that she’s hiding the fact that their son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), is the one who shot WSB Agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, Dante wants an explanation. Meanwhile, on that very same day, Lulu has cause for concern.
Clearly, something is going on — but whether these two share a scene that revolves around these spoilers or not remains to be seen. However, last week, things were put in motion to allow Dante to begin to look in Lulu and Rocco’s direction… but will he realize that maybe his family, his ex-wife and his son, are hiding something to do with Cullum?
Lulu and Rocco Keep the Truth From Dante
Recently, Port Charles was rocked by the death of Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and the shooting of Cullum, both of which happened on the very same day. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was arrested for the shooting of Cullum, even though Rocco was the one who actually pulled the trigger. Nobody, save Lulu, Jason, and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) — who is actually Cassius Faison — knows about Rocco’s involvement.
Meanwhile, Marco’s brutal death by stabbing remains unsolved. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) have put two and two together, but Port Charles PD so far hasn’t.
Now, General Hospital spoilers hint that the investigation will continue… but will Dante look in the direction of his family?
So far on GH, Lulu and Rocco have agreed to keep quiet about the shooting. This means that they’ve kept the truth from Dante, the police commissioner who is investigating the case, as well as Marco’s death. Lulu, Rocco, and Dante haven’t even shared a scene together since this all went down!
But now, it appears that’s all about the change.
General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Worries Over Rocco Now That Cullum Is Awake
Previously on GH, Cullum woke up. Not great for Rocco. While the WSB agent stated that Jason was the one who shot him, he later confessed to Nathan that Jason wasn’t the one who shot him in the back, though he doesn’t seem to know who did yet.
Dante, meanwhile, learned from Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) that Rocco had hurt his hand, something he knew absolutely nothing about.
That leads us to this week’s General Hospital spoilers. Dante wants an explanation from someone, whereas Lulu has major concerns.
Could Dante confront Lulu and question why he wasn’t informed that Rocco had to go to the hospital? Something this small might not catch Dante’s notice at first. But once he investigates Rocco’s hand — and the fact that neither Lulu nor Rocco mentioned it — he might wonder if something else is going on.
But will this be enough for him to align it with Cullum’s shooting?
