General Hospital spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is about to go out of her way to save her son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Will Lulu be able to save Rocco… or will she be too late now that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has realized that Rocco is the one who shot him, and the one Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is protecting?
Recently on GH, it seemed like Cullum finally put two and two together after seeing Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) with Rocco. Cullum knew that Jason didn’t shoot him, even though the WSB arrested him for doing so. Now, it appears that Cullum has realized that Rocco is the one Jason is protecting.
That puts Rocco in immediate danger. For weeks now, Lulu has been stressing about what might happen if Cullum learns the truth. Nathan West, aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), has been pushing for Lulu to send Rocco away from Port Charles, just in case. Lulu has been aghast at this, and she and Cassius have had a falling out as a result.
Now, however, it looks like everything has changed. Lulu is ready to run with Rocco in order to save him. Official General Hospital spoilers confirm that Lulu prepares to make her move on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Will she truly be able to get Rocco out of Port Charles? Or will someone else, such as Cullum, stop her?

Cullum Knows That Rocco Shot Him on GH
Lulu is ready to follow Cassius’s advice and run off with Rocco — and all to keep him safe. However, it doesn’t look like she’ll be as successful as she wants to be. First of all, Cullum knows the truth about Rocco, and he won’t just let them get away from him.
Secondly, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) now knows the truth about Rocco shooting Cullum. Dante has gone out of his way to destroy the police evidence that could tie Rocco back to the shooting. But that doesn’t mean that he’ll agree with Lulu taking Rocco out of the country.
General Hospital spoilers have already confirmed that Dante isn’t thrilled when he learns of Lulu’s plan. In the promo video for this week, Dante confronts Lulu and says he’s not about to let her make his son a fugitive. So, even if Cullum isn’t the one to stop Lulu from saving Rocco and leaving Port Charles with him, Dante may.
Lulu may be trying to do what is right for her son — something that Cassius has been begging her to consider for a bit now –, but it looks like she might not get away with it. Now that Cullum knows the truth, will he immediately go after Rocco? Or will he take his time and survey the situation?
Regardless of how this all plays out, it’s clear that Dante and Lulu aren’t on the same page. Dante is still furious with her and Cassius for keeping this secret from him. He feels that Lulu made Rocco feel that he couldn’t trust his own father. Will Dante and Lulu be able to put aside their very clear frustrations with each other to save their son from Cullum?
