General Hospital spoilers hint that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is in for a world of worries amid Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) departure from Port Charles.
Rocco has been going through it on GH. Ever since Gio’s younger brother shot WSB head Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), it’s been one dramatic moment after another. While Gio doesn’t know that Rocco was the one to shoot Cullum, he does know that Rocco’s going through something.
Gio really wants to be a good older brother for Rocco — especially as he feels that he’s failed him in the past. So, when Rocco came to Gio for help, Gio did his best… but, worried, ended up telling their father, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), all about it. Rocco felt betrayed, and Gio ended up feeling terrible about betraying his confidence.
It appears that Gio’s guilt is only going to grow now that Rocco has fled town with none other than Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Official General Hospital spoilers confirm that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) consoles Gio on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Can Emma help Gio out as he worries about Rocco?

Can Rocco’s Family Help Save Him on GH?
So far, Gio doesn’t know that Rocco has fled town with Britt. He only knows that Rocco is going through a hard time. After Gio told Dante about how worried he was about Rocco, they both tracked Rocco down at the hospital — and found him with Britt.
The next day, Rocco had convinced Britt to let him flee Port Charles with her. Gio will almost certainly hear about this from Dante, especially as Dante and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) will be beside themselves with worry about Rocco.
Furthermore, Rocco could be in very serious danger. General Hospital spoilers have hinted that Cullum now knows that Rocco is the one who shot him. Cullum has known all along that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) wasn’t the one to pull the trigger. Now that he has finally realized it was Rocco, he’s going to want the teenager dead. He needs to shut Rocco up.
Rocco’s in danger, and that danger doesn’t diminish now that he’s with Britt. In fact, both of them could find themselves in very serious trouble while they’re on the run. So, will Gio be able to work with Dante and Lulu in their quest to save Rocco?
At the very least, even if Gio isn’t involved in the actual rescue mission for Rocco, Emma will be there to help him through it all. Emma has her own worries at the moment — what, with her grandmother having lost her mind — but she understands just how dangerous the WSB world is. If anyone can help Gio understand all of his recent drama, it’s Emma. Will these two be able to help out their family in their times of need?
