General Hospital spoilers hint that even though Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is really Cassius Faison — Nathan’s twin! — his sister Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) might still be able to rely on him. To a certain extent, that is.
Let’s look at official General Hospital spoilers! On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Nathan cautions Britt. This comes right after Britt is given an ultimatum in the episode before.
Now, considering Britt’s life is very much on the line, ever since WSB double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has woken up after being shot in the back, Nathan might be warning his sister that she needs to watch her back. She can’t be doing anything crazy. Instead, she needs to stay quiet and act as if she’s playing along with Cullum and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Is Britt in major danger? Will Nathan save her if Sidwell or Cullum wants her dead… or will he let her die? The real Nathan would never let Britt die… but this is Cassius!
The Interesting Dynamic Between Britt and Nathan/Cassius on GH
Now that Cullum has woken up, Britt could be in danger. Cullum is the one who killed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), something that Britt and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) only just realized. Sidwell still thinks that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) killed his son, Marco, so nobody, save Britt and Lucas, is really looking in the right direction.
Meanwhile, Cullum wants to learn who really shot him in the back, for he knows it wasn’t Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). He told Nathan as such. These General Hospital spoilers could hint that Nathan is warning Britt to continue to say she doesn’t know what happened, which is the truth. Or he could be warning her that multiple people want her dead because she’s a loose end.
Nathan is going out of his way to protect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), the actual shooter of Cullum. Even though Nathan is Cassius, there are signs that he truly cares about Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). He won’t want to put Rocco in danger, will he?
Bitt and Nathan/Cassius’s interesting sibling dynamic may be fully at play this week, especially now that GH viewers know who Nathan really is.
Is Cassius really just one of Sidwell’s henchmen… or, as a Faison, does he have something else up his sleeve?
