General Hospital weekly spoilers for Monday, April 20, 2026, to Friday, April 24, 2026, reveal that Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) makes the rounds now that he’s back in Port Charles. Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is desperately trying to cover her tracks, while Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is trying to take her down!
Last week on GH, we saw drama that revolved around Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) car crash, as well as the ongoing fallout from Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) death and Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) shooting.
It looks like we’ll see much more of this collective drama, as well as some new storylines attached to Ethan’s return!

General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Monday, April 20, 2026

Last week, we saw Willow go after Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) and warned her to stay away from her children. At the last moment, Michael arrived and overheard Willow threatening his girlfriend. Today, it looks like we’ll see the formerly married couple go after each other!
Meanwhile, General Hospital weekly spoilers also confirm that Ethan and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) get to catch up today. Judging from this week’s promo video, it looks like Ethan wants to work for Kristina’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Therefore, Ethan might be Sonny’s unexpected visitor!
Finally, we’ll get to see a bit of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) today — and she’s rather startled. Perhaps her emotional state has something to do with the fact that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) went to visit with his ex-wife, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)?

On Tuesday, Sonny chooses to take a risk. Does this have something to do with Ethan’s visit on Monday? Or perhaps it has more to do with Sonny’s ongoing war with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)? Sidwell is determined to go after Sonny, and while Sonny has managed to keep the peace so far, things could fall apart at any moment.
Furthermore, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is skeptical today. Perhaps his skepticism revolves around Sonny’s risk? If so, we could also see more of the storyline that follows Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) wanting to join the mob to help his father!
General Hospital weekly spoilers also hint that Curtis is still coming to terms with the car crash that has landed Jordan in the hospital. Today, he confronts Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Could Curtis realize that Isaiah was on the road at the same time as Jordan?
The Cullum drama also continues today when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) pays the WSB agent a visit. Dante knows something is amiss with this shooting. Could he begin to connect the dots today?
Finally, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been through it since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was arrested for Cullum’s shooting. On Tuesday, she’s thrown for a loop. Will this be connected to Cullum’s shooting? Will she finally realize who may have truly shot Cullum?

Wednesday sees Jordan continuing to struggle after her car crash. Last week, she was devastated to see the cuts, burns, and scars on her face. Today, she’ll confide in Curtis. Can Curtis help her through all of these emotions?
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), meanwhile, is still searching for answers in a few different directions. Joss wants to know what really happened to Jason — and she knows that Cullum is a double agent and is working for Sidwell. She also feels there’s a connection between the Faisons that needs to be explored. Today, she’ll continue to look for answers. But will she put herself in danger as she does this?
General Hospital weekly spoilers also hint that Britt continues to go through hell, as she’s worried for a loved one today. Now, there aren’t a whole lot of people that Britt honestly cares about. Who’s in danger now? Could it be Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr)? Does Britt realize he was there the night Cullum was shot?
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) isn’t in a better place. Lulu knows that her son shot Cullum — and she’s been doing everything to ensure this stays a secret. Today, she’ll voice her own concern. Will this be about Rocco, or something else entirely? Perhaps Ethan working for Sonny?
In a slightly more positive direction, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) continues to grow closer to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). Today, he has a surprise for her!

Ethan continues to reconnect with old loved ones and friends now that he’s back in Port Charles. On Thursday, he gets to reunite with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Meanwhile, Gio and Emma get to explore — perhaps New York City?
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) decides to pay Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) a visit. Could Liz, a nurse, begin to suspect that something is severely wrong with Drew’s condition? After all, Willow is drugging him to be in this state!
Speaking of Willow, she’s still up to no good. Today, General Hospital weekly spoilers confirm that she uses her influence — but for good, or to keep herself from going down for shooting Drew? Willow has been spiraling as of late and is even going so far as to blackmail her own mother!
Finally, Ric seems to still be skeptical, so on Thursday, he reaches out to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to get her opinion.

At the end of the week, Emma and Gio get to see Aladdin on Broadway! While the young couple gets to have the time of their lives, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) isn’t having a wonderful time at all, as she gets rather disturbing news today. Could this be about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)?
Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), who everyone thinks is Nathan West, is offended today. Could we see just what Cassius is made of? Britt, meanwhile, seems to still be reeling from the events earlier this week, as today she seeks reassurance.
Finally, General Hospital weekly spoilers confirm that Valentin gives a warning. Does he warn Joss that she’s putting herself in danger? Or perhaps he has another message for Nina?
