Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Tate Black (Leo Howard) isn’t about to just sit around and do nothing now that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is out of Bayview Sanitarium. Sophia hates Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), Tate’s girlfriend, and wants to go after her. Tate isn’t about to let that happen, it seems!
So, let’s look at official Days of our Lives spoilers to see what’s in store for Tate and Holly. On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Tate tries to play Sophia.
Clearly, Tate doesn’t believe Sophia when she says that she doesn’t want any drama now that she’s out of Bayview. We — all of us DOOL viewers — know that Sophia’s lying and wants to take down both Holly and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
Now that she’s working with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), she just might be successful. But can Tate save Holly before Sophia really puts a plan in motion?
Sophia’s About to Start a Whole Lot of Drama on DOOL
Sophia is out of Bayview and wants revenge against the people she hates the most, even if they didn’t necessarily do anything to her to begin with. Now that she’s teaming up with Kristen to take down EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), she has an even better chance of learning from a master manipulator how to ruin people’s lives.
Kristen told Sophia that they would take down EJ and Johnny — but Holly was for Sophia alone. Tate wants to keep Holly as safe as possible, obviously. These new Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that he’s ready to act now, rather than wait for Sophia to attack first. Will he be successful?
Sophia has to watch her back; that much is clear. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) also wants to take the teenager down, as Sophia manipulated his daughter, Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote), into hurting Holly. He believes her pill-swapping scheme is a criminal offense. He just needs to find proof that she was behind this all.
Though Tate and Brady may be on to Sophia, Sophia is likely to cause a whole lot of drama in Salem. After all, she’s teaming up with Kristen.
Holly and Johnny better beware!
