On Monday, April 13, 2026, we’ll get to see the aftereffects of Smitty illegally using Nicole’s work computer, as Nicole tries to deal with a hack today. Nicole has no idea that Smitty has used her laptop at work. She thinks someone is trying to hack into the hospital system and takes the necessary steps today.
Meanwhile, Vanessa thinks she was duped, while Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) has a proposition for Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).
Finally, Beyond the Gates weekly spoilers also confirm that Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) gets some unwelcome advice from an unexpected source. Is this advice about her job… or maybe the man she’s falling in love with, Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso)? Beyond the Gates weekly spoilers hint that Jacob may have made a crucial mistake, as today he gets taught a rough lesson. Is Grayson’s boss, Dr. Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht), going to learn that Jacob is on to their little illegal plasma harvesting ring?

Dani, meanwhile, questions her ex-husband Bill about a slip of the tongue he has. Now that they’re able to have a friendly relationship with each other, will Bill open up to Dani about all this Hayley and Lynette drama?
