Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) is in need of some major help after her disastrous few weeks. Luckily, she has Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) to turn to when things get really bad!
On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Vanessa seeks out Dani’s guidance. This comes after Vanessa’s disastrous double date with Nicole Dupree (Daphnée Duplaix) and Carlton Fitzgerald (Robert Christopher Riley). Vanessa’s beau, Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), just couldn’t seem to get along with either Carlton or Nicole. The double date was an absolute mess.
Vanessa was beside herself with anger and embarrassment over the whole thing. However, she still wants to find a way to make her relationship with Joey work… even though her best friend Nicole seems to think he’s bad news.
Maybe Dani could shed some light on how Vanessa could make amends with Nicole?
Vanessa Loves Joey — No Matter What
It’s clear that Vanessa wants to make her relationship work with Joey — even if her friends and loved ones think he’s not the one for her. Vanessa has quite a lot going on at the moment, particularly within her immediate family. After her husband’s death, she’s struggled.
However, she’s felt that Joey has helped her more than anyone else has. Now, her children are dead set against her new relationship, and her daughter has made it her mission to lash out. To make matters worse, Vanessa feels that she doesn’t even have her best friend, Nicole, to turn to, as Nicole has made her opinion about Joey very clear.
That’s why these new Beyond the Gates spoilers are welcome. At the very least, it looks like Vanessa will have Dani to turn to for some much-needed guidance. Dani has been through it all, it seems. And through some of her darkest times, Vanessa has been a good friend for her to turn to.
Now, Vanessa is the one who needs that affection and love. But can Dani truly give Vanessa the advice and guidance that she needs? And will Vanessa listen to Dani, even if she says something that she might not agree with? Can Dani help ease the tension between Vanessa and Nicole?
