General Hospital spoilers indicate that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may find herself in new danger — or, maybe more accurately, even more danger — now that WSB Agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has woken up after being shot in the back.
On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, Britt receives an ultimatum. Of course, this ultimatum could be from anyone… but it’s likely from someone involved in the Britt/Cullum situation, if it’s not Cullum himself.
Britt is in a life-or-death situation at the moment. After all, Cullum had no problem killing Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), the son of the man, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), he’s working with. What wouldn’t Cullum do? Britt already thinks she’s going to be killed now that Cullum is awake, so this new level of danger isn’t surprising at all.
Britt Westbourne’s Life Is on the Line
If Cullum isn’t the one who gives Britt this ultimatum, these General Hospital spoilers could have something to do with the ongoing Marco and Cullum police investigations. Britt is heavily involved in all of this, which puts her in a rather difficult situation.
Plus, she doesn’t have the medicine that she needs to continue to have a livable life. Will she be able to receive medicine now that Cullum is awake? Maybe he’ll force her to do his bidding in exchange for this medicine?
We also shouldn’t forget that Cullum knows that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) didn’t shoot him, even though he told Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as such. However, Cullum isn’t sure who shot him. So, maybe he seeks out Britt to see what she knows and remembers from that terrible night, as he wants to go after the real culprit.
Of course, Britt doesn’t know that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is the one who pulled the trigger. She doesn’t know yet, that is.
