Beyond the Gates spoilers hint at a rough road ahead for Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) and Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges). This upcoming week, the married couple will spend their anniversary apart, thanks to Jacob’s ongoing undercover investigation.
Naomi has struggled for weeks now, worrying when she doesn’t hear from Jacob. Though she knows that he’s working a difficult — and dangerous — case, she can’t help but worry. Though she recently got to see him on Easter, it looks like the two have to spend their anniversary alone. Who will be there to help Naomi pick up the pieces?

On Monday, April 6, 2026, Naomi and Jacob spend their anniversary apart. However, both remember their amazing love story — and we’ll get to see them reflect on their first date, as well as when they shared their wedding vows. Monday will also see Naomi lean on her friends, notably Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), as well as her mother and father, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) and Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett).
Meanwhile, we’ll get to see more of how Naomi is dealing with Jacob’s absence on Thursday when she gets some much-needed comfort from Darlene Hawthorne (Monique Mosee), Jacob’s mother.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Is Heartbreak Headed Naomi and Jacob’s Way?
Clearly, Naomi and Jacob aren’t out of the woods yet… and they likely won’t be until Jacob is safely back at home, done with his undercover case. Of course, he’s still struggling to find out who’s actually responsible for the illegal plasma harvesting ring.
Even when Jacob ultimately brings this ring down, it’s going to have major repercussions for both him and Naomi. After all, Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso) is involved in this ring and is working with Jacob. Grayson is currently dating Ashley, Naomi’s best friend.
When Jacob brings down this ring and reveals Grayson’s involvement, it’s going to be a mess for all involved!
