Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) must face her past on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Clearly, the mystery surrounding Dylan is only going to increase. Could this insight into her past better tell us whether she’s being honest… or whether Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is right, and Dylan is up to no good?
Though these B&B spoilers don’t give away much else, we do know that Dylan’s mother, Darcy Dylan (Kelly Sullivan), is involved, as she is introduced that very episode. The official weekly preview shows Dylan turning to her mother for support.
Just what happens next? Is Dylan truly out to cause chaos, as Katie so wholeheartedly believes?
Suspicion Around Dylan Continues to Build on B&B
For weeks now, suspicion around Dylan has been building. Therefore, these brand new Bold and the Beautiful spoilers aren’t completely out of the blue. In early August, the CBS soap opera began to hint that Dylan wasn’t who she seemed, as previous spoilers hinted that she had “set her sights on the Spencer family.”
The very next day brought Dylan’s first tense encounter with Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) mother, Katie. Katie doesn’t believe Dylan is who she says she is. She believes she’s out to get her son.
Dylan did admit to Katie that her mother subscribed to fashion magazines growing up, and that this gave her a world to admire away from her own. She acknowledged that she had always admired the Spencer family. Katie took this admission and ran with it, insinuating that Dylan is chasing money or status — and can get both through Will.
Though Dylan has denied these allegations, these new Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that maybe Katie wasn’t entirely off the mark. Plus, we can’t ignore how the character was first introduced to the show.
After all, Dylan is the one who accidentally struck and killed previous B&B villain Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). Most recently, it was revealed that Dylan was the cousin of Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann). Not the greatest situation to be involved in.
However, that still doesn’t mean that Dylan truly is up to no good… does it?

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Dylan’s Mysterious Past
What’s interesting about these new B&B spoilers for Thursday is that Dylan isn’t simply remembering her past or discussing it. No, she’s being forced to face it.
That suggests that something happens to put her in a position where she can’t simply ignore her mysterious past. Perhaps her mother, Darcy, arrives and we learn more about Dylan’s family history? Very possible.
These new Bold and the Beautiful spoilers also affect Will. While Katie has told her son that he shouldn’t easily trust Dylan, Will has seemed to blow off her worries. After Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) latest dumping, Will has chosen to move on with Dylan. In fact, the two just spent a special night alone and seem to be closer than ever.
Clearly, we’re about to learn a whole lot more about Dylan. But is it really going to be as simple as she’s a gold digger, as Katie believes? Is Katie about to discover that all of her quick suspicions were justified… or will she learn that she judged Dylan too quickly?
With Darcy’s introduction, Dylan is being fleshed out as a character even more — and right around the time she’s becoming a rather important person to none other than Will Spencer. At this point, anything could happen.
