New Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) and Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) war is far from over. On Monday, March 30, 2026, Victor gives Cane a warning about what’s to come. Is the war between the two about to enter an even more dangerous new phase?
Young and the Restless Spoilers Confirm Ongoing Victor-Cane War
Recently on Y&R, Cane’s hatred for Victor reached a new point when he believed The Moustache had abducted his ex-wife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and his children. Victor’s goal? To get back Newman Enterprises and Chancellor Industries. While Victor now has Chancellor, he still doesn’t have Newman Enerprises, thanks to Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) manipulation.
Cane, meanwhile, now has nothing. Even worse, he has completely given up on ever reuniting with Lily. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) told Cane that Lily was 100% willing to go along with Victor’s kidnapping scheme and put Cane through all this worry — all to get back at Cane’s own misdeeds.
Cane told Lily in no uncertain terms that they would never get back together again. He won’t forgive her for this.
It’s not a long shot to consider that Cane will now want revenge, of some sort, on the man who put him through all this hell.
Y&R Spoilers: Victor Warns Cane
New Young and the Restless spoilers confirm that Victor sends Cane a warning shot, hinting at what’s to come in the next phase of their war. The real question is: will Cane and Victor’s war eventually end, now that Cane has nothing and Phyllis is the one in charge of Newman… or will their war only continue on, hurting just about everyone else in the process as it’s done so far?
Victor is spreading himself a bit thin as of late. After all, he’s in a massive war with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) — no surprise there — but this time Jack is determined to go on the offensive. He even wants to recruit Victor’s wife, Nikki, to his side!
Plus, there’s the Phyllis of it all. Let’s also not forget the Matt Clark (Roger Howard) drama. Cane is just the latest in a long line of people who want revenge on Victor.
If Cane were smart, he’d find a way to team up with Jack to take down Victor, and perhaps even Phyllis. But who knows what will happen… especially now that Cane feels that he’s lost Lily for good.
