Young and the Restless spoilers hint that change continues to affect the Winters clan when Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has a confession to make about Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Recently on Y&R, Lily was shocked when her biological father, Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore), returned to Genoa City to tell her that he had a blood illness and needed a bone marrow treatment to live. Lily cannot undergo this procedure, and she was devastated that she couldn’t save Malcolm’s life.
Shock continued to come when Malcolm and Lily learned that Holden was his son. Unfortunately, Holden wasn’t a match for the treatment, either. Now, Malcolm is out with Lily’s children getting tested to see if they are a match.
So far, Lily hasn’t told Devon or Nate why Malcolm has returned — or that Holden is her brother. However, it looks like that might change this week. Official Young and the Restless spoilers confirm that Lily asks Devon and Nate to see Holden in a new light on Monday, April 20, 2026. Does this mean that Lily confesses all to her family?
Lily Connects With Nate and Devon on Y&R
Though things have been rather strained between Lily and her brother and cousin recently — because she let Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) “kidnap” her without telling her family that she was safe — the Winters-Hamilton-Hastings family always manages to find their way back to each other, especially when times get tough.
Now, things are tough. Lily is struggling with what Malcolm is going through. Though she hasn’t told Devon or Nate about it yet, she might soon. They’ll be able to give her the family support she needs through this trying time.
They’ll also be able to help her make sense of the fact that she has a new brother. According to these new Young and the Restless spoilers, Lily is already making the first step to make amends with Holden by pushing Devon and Nate to think better of him. This is a man who used to work for Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), a man Devon and Nate hate, so it’ll be interesting to see how this all works out.
As a result of their views on Holden, Lily might not have a choice but to share the news with them. Eventually, it will all have to come out, anyway. So, does this mean that Lily is going to make an effort to have a real connection with Holden?
The seriousness of Malcolm’s illness continues to hang over the entire family, as well. Lily and Holden might be able to bond as they work together to deal with Malcolm’s illness. But will the entire family welcome Holden into their tight-knit circle with open arms?
