Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that we’re in for another fight between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) — which really isn’t a surprise, is it?
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Phyllis holds Lily accountable for her actions. Since Lily has returned to Genoa City after allowing Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to “kidnap” her, she’s faced quite a lot of backlash from her family.
After all, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) had no idea that she willingly went along with Victor’s scheme. They thought he had kidnapped Lily and her kids against her will. They were really upset with her — as was her ex-husband, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
Now, it looks like it’s Phyllis’ turn to let Lily know just how horrendous her actions were… but should Phyllis really be saying anything?
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily and Phyllis Are Never Going To Be Friends
It appears that Phyllis is going to lay into Lily for letting Victor kidnap her and her kids… and for not sharing with Cane that she was okay. Cane was sick with worry, imagining the worst had happened to the woman he loved and his children.
Once Cane learned the truth from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) — that Lily was in on this little scheme with Victor and clearly wanted Cane to suffer — Cane let Lily know that they were completely done. They will never get back together.
Or so he says.

Now, Phyllis — who has her own history with Cane — seems ready to let Lily know how terrible she’s been. Of course, Phyllis likely shouldn’t be saying a word, as she has done some pretty despicable things, too, and all to gain ownership of Newman Enterprises.
Phyllis has been successful in her quest to rule Newman.
Lily teamed up with Victor to get Chancellor Industries. But unlike Phyllis, Lily doesn’t have what she wants. Victor hasn’t given her Chancellor Industries like he promised… yet.
Clearly, there aren’t really a lot of people on Lily’s side. Phyllis was never going to be, as the two women do not like each other, so this latest spoiler isn’t a surprise. Whether Lily gets anyone in her corner remains to be seen.
