Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso) are set to update their relationship status on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. After weeks of grieving and forgiveness, are the two ready to reunite romantically — and leave their difficult past behind them?
Ashley and Grayson Work Past Their Trauma
Ashley and Grayson have definitely been through it recently on BTG. Grayson nearly destroyed his relationship with Ashley when his involvement in the plasma theft operation at Garland Memorial was revealed.
Unfortunately, this illegal operation led to Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin), Ashley’s ex, following Grayson to a warehouse after he learned that Ashley could be in danger. Derek was then fatally shot while protecting Grayson, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges), and Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht).
As previous Beyond the Gates spoilers hinted at, Ashley blamed Grayson for the entire tragedy. When Grayson tried to explain how he became trapped in the criminal scheme, Ashley refused to listen to him. In her grief, she wanted nothing to do with him.
Of course, as can be expected in a soap, that rejection didn’t last for too long. Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) was able to help Ashley understand that Grayson’s decision to steal plasma was all tied to his attempt to care for his mother. The situation clearly spiraled out of his control, and when he realized what he was doing was wrong, he tried to get out.
Eventually, this led to Ashley forgiving Grayson. However, she did demand that he remain honest with her in the future. Though the pair kissed, they didn’t define their relationship. Now, it appears that they might be ready to do exactly that.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Are Ashley and Grayson Officially Exclusive Now?
Though these new spoilers don’t give us an answer to Ashley and Grayson’s romance, it’s almost certain that the two are ready to give their romance another shot. Their reconciliation has already happened. Now, they just have to decide if they officially want to be together again.
Of course, even if they do officially get back together, Ashley and Grayson may continue to struggle to trust one another. Derek’s death still remains an unresolved source of major guilt and grief between them. Though these new Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that Ashley is ready to follow her heart, will she truly be able to forgive Grayson for his role in Derek’s death?
