Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) struggles after her testimony in court led to her granddaughter Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) being ordered to return to Bayview Sanitarium.
Immediately after this court decision was made, Marlena faced quite a lot of backlash from Rachel’s parents. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) lashed out, of course. That’s to be expected, after all. But even Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) momentarily wasn’t pleased with Marlena, even though all she did was tell the judge the truth about Rachel.
Now, on Monday, March 30, 2026, Marlena is seeking out reassurance — and she finds some from her daughter, Belle Black (Martha Madison).
Days of Our Lives Spoilers Hint at Emotional Family Fallout
Previously on DOOL, Rachel, Brady, Kristen, and co gathered in to discuss EJ DiMera’s (Daniel Feuerriegel) shooting. Once upon a time, Kristen had confessed to shooting her brother — and all to keep her daughter, Rachel, safe. But last week, we got to see Rachel own up to accidentally shooting EJ.
Though Rachel won’t face any serious legal repercussions for this accident, the judge did order the child to return to Bayview… and all thanks to Marlena’s testimony! In Marlena’s defense, Rachel has been acting out, such as switching her anti-psychotic medication with Holly’s skincare supplements, therefore making Holly act erratically.
Perhaps a return to Bayview will help the kid, even though Brady and Kristen don’t like the idea. Marlena has already faced their wrath. It appears Dr. Evans continues to struggle with her decision to tell the truth this week, according to these new Days of Our Lives spoilers.
Belle Heads to Marlena’s Aid
Though Brady quickly apologized for his angry retort to Marlena, Marlena appears to need some emotional support on Monday. Thankfully, she has her daughter, Belle, by her side.
New Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that we’ll see some mother-daughter bonding on Monday, March 30, 2026. Belle reassures her mother that she did the right thing. Even if Brady and Kristen don’t like it.
Clearly, Marlena’s facing some self-doubt. However, Dr. Evans isn’t a character to lash out or not think things through. After reviewing Rachel’s behavior, she felt the child needed to return to Bayview.
Any scene with Belle and Marlena is a good scene, in our opinion. As Kristen likely won’t let this issue drop, it’ll be nice that Belle has her mother’s back.
