Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) isn’t about to back down from her fight with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Recently on Y&R, Phyllis ignited a full-on war between her and the Newmans — and all because she stole Newman Enterprises right out from under them. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is out for blood, and he’ll do anything to get back what he believes is rightfully his — even if it means losing his wife, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), in the process.
Though Nikki feels that Victor has gone too far in his quest for revenge, Victoria has stood by her father’s side every step of the way. The duo even waltzed into Phyllis’s office recently and let her know that they would go after her if she didn’t give them their company back. In fact, they’re planning on taking her to court and putting her in prison if she doesn’t agree to their terms!
So far, Phyllis hasn’t cowered… and it looks like she won’t. Official Young and the Restless spoilers confirm that on Friday, May 1, 2026, Victoria prepares for defense against Phyllis. Victoria is ready to give the new District Attorney, Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), evidence that Phyllis used an illegal AI software to steal Newman Enterprises. Will Victoria and Christine team up to take Phyllis down?
Victoria Wants Phyllis to Go Down on Y&R
Nikki might have issues with what Victor has been up to. Not so with Victoria! Victoria has defended Victor to everyone who will listen — and quite a lot of people are upset with The Moustache at the moment.
It appears Victoria is willing to go low and dirty to get Phyllis to pay. She wants Newman Enterprises back just as much as Victor does — and she’s willing to give Christine fabricated evidence that Phyllis used an illegal AI system to steal the company away from Victor. While the evidence is fake, Phyllis did indeed do what the Newmans are alleging.
Christine and Phyllis are long-time enemies, so it’s almost certain that Christine will take up this case and prosecute Phyllis. If this happens, Phyllis could end up in prison! Though these new Young and the Restless spoilers don’t indicate whether Phyllis will settle with the Newmans or not, one thing is clear: Phyllis isn’t going to back down without a fight.
Therefore, Victoria’s work might just be cut out for her. Though Victoria can be just as ruthless as her father when needed, will she be able to handle an out-of-control, desperate Phyllis? Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) is already worried that Phyllis is going to lash out and make a major mistake.
It’s not like Phyllis is in a great place at the moment. She feels the walls caving in. She’s about to lose her company. Plus, none of her kids wants anything to do with her. Her son, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), even went so far as to suggest that maybe she needs to go to prison for her crimes. So, as Victoria prepares to go after Phyllis, will we see an epic showdown between the two women?
