Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) relationship continues to struggle as Stephanie tries to come to terms with her kidnapping and all that has happened to her.
Stephanie doesn’t want these issues between her and Alex to appear. She loves her husband. However, she’s greatly struggling with what Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) did to her — even though Owen is now behind bars. Alex has been understanding throughout it all, but it appears that they will continue to go through some hard times.

Recently, Stephanie took her father Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) advice when he suggested that she talk to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) about what happened. Stephanie did, and talking to Marlena seemed to help. However, Stephanie isn’t completely healed yet, and it appears she will be on a long road to recovery.
Alex will likely be there by her side every step of the way — even when she pushes him away and lashes out at him. These new Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that the two definitely have some drama ahead of them. But will they be able to work it out? Or will Stephanie, as she struggles to be okay, end up pushing her husband away?
There are major signs that more drama will come to this couple in the near future — and this drama has nothing to do with Owen Kent or even Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). After all, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is set to return to Salem pretty soon! Will Stephanie and Alex be able to stick together through it all?
