Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) relationship with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) isn’t going to get better any time soon.
Unfortunately, the super couple has found themselves in some major drama — drama pitting them against each other. Nikki thinks that her husband has gone way too far in how he has treated Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). After all, Victor did kidnap Jack! It doesn’t look like this Abbott-Newman war is going to settle down any time soon, either.
But can’t Nikki and Victor find a way to work things out? No, apparently. Official Young and the Restless spoilers confirm that Victor and Nikki’s attempt at reconciliation takes a volatile turn on Monday, April 13, 2026.
Nikki wants an end to this war. Victor doesn’t. But will Nikki actually align with Jack, as she previously suggested, to teach her husband a lesson? And if she does do that… could she lose Victor completely?
Victor & Nikki’s Marriage Is on the Rocks on Y&R
There’s been some major family drama on Y&R recently. Shemar Moore has returned as Malcolm Winters — and learned that he has a son with Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox), who just so happens to be Holden Novak (Nathan Owens)!
Meanwhile, the Newmans have their own family drama that is tearing them all apart. More than enough drama, really. While Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are in Las Vegas trying to take down Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) once and for all, the Newman clan in Genoa City is falling apart at the seams thanks to Victor’s actions.
New Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Victor and Nikki’s marriage will only continue to struggle. Victor feels that Nikki is betraying him by not standing by his side. The fact that she’s aligning herself with his worst enemy, Jack, clearly upsets him.
Nikki, meanwhile, feels that she has to save her husband from continuing to go low. She feels that he’s gone much too far. He might go even farther now that he doesn’t have Newman Enterprises.
If Victor could get Newman Enterprises back, he might be more willing to make amends with Nikki. However, Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is ready to sacrifice everything in her life to stay at the top — and stay in control of Victor’s empire.
Therefore, things don’t look great for Victor and Nikki. In fact, Nikki continues to align herself with Jack this week. That surely won’t be a welcome sight for Victor. Will these two ever manage to work things out?
