Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) have quite a rough road ahead of them. In fact, things are so bad for the married couple that we can’t help but ask: Is Jack and Diane’s marriage doomed?

Let’s look at the latest Y&R spoilers to better understand what this beloved couple has in store for them. On Monday, April 5, 2026, Diane refuses to accept Jack’s apology.

For those who may have forgotten, Diane caught Jack in bed with none other than crazy Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). She was devastated to find her husband in bed with his ex, and though she knows that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was behind Jack’s kidnapping, she can’t quite wrap her head around how her husband could cheat on her with Patty.

Diane feels that Jack chose to be with Patty, even in these dire circumstances. She’s rightfully upset — and has even left the Abbott household, choosing to live at the Athletic Club. 

Jack, of course, wants his wife back. He’ll do anything to have her listen to him about what happened, about the drugs he says he was given… but it appears that Diane isn’t ready to listen to him at all, according to these Young and the Restless spoilers.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Are Jack and Diane Done?

Clearly, Jack and Diane aren’t out of the woods yet. In fact, they aren’t even really on speaking terms. The last we saw of them, Jack was begging his son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to help him win back Diane — or at least convince Diane to see Jack.

Kyle has done his best, but Diane hasn’t budged. She feels that Jack could’ve chosen to not end up in bed with Patty, even if he was drugged. It’s a terrible situation for all involved, and Kyle has lashed out at even Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), as they have backed Victor throughout this latest Newman-Abbott war.

After all, Diane and Jack wouldn’t be having these issues if Victor hadn’t kidnapped Jack. Many Genoa City residents, especially the Abbotts, feel that Victor went way too far in his quest to get Chancellor Industries and Newman Enterprises back under his ownership.

Diane also blames Victor for what has happened… but that doesn’t mean she’s ready to listen to Jack’s apologies and forgive him, as seen in these latest Young and the Restless spoilers.

So, will Diane eventually find a way to forgive Jack? Or are Jack and Diane going to face quite a lot of issues in the near future?
