Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has, thankfully, been rescued by her son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). However, her happiness at no longer being held captive was stopped short when she walked in to see Jack bleeding out after being stabbed.
Now, Diane’s next move may reveal where her heart—and future—belong.
Jack Is Fighting For His Life
Recently on Y&R, Jack was determined to save Diane and decided that he would do anything and everything to get his wife back. That included putting himself in Patty’s direct path in more ways than one. He believed that he could outmaneuver her.
Bold? Yes. Sensible? Not remotely. This is Patty Williams we’re talking about!
Everything collapsed for the Abbotts when Patty realized Jack was playing her. As previous Young and the Restless spoilers hinted at, Patty stabbed Jack, leaving his life hanging in the balance. Meanwhile, Diane escaped captivity and rushed to help while Kyle called 911.
Then came the cruel twist. Patty accused Diane of attacking her and Jack. Despite Kyle’s account, circumstantial evidence made Diane look guilty. She was arrested while Patty walked free. Only in Genoa City could a rescue end with the victim in handcuffs…

This quiet moment comes right when the couple needs it, especially after their difficult last few months. Finally, could these spoilers hint that Jack and Diane will reunite? This beloved couple hasn’t been without their decades of drama, either. Diane has spent years battling suspicion and her reputation.
