Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers for Monday, April 20, 2026, to Friday, April 24, 2026, reveal that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) are back in Salem! Meanwhile, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) continues to struggle with his secret about Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford).
Last week in Salem, we saw Theo confess his secret to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). However, just about everyone in Theo’s life could see that something was wrong with him.
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) have also had their own struggles. The married couple can’t seem to connect after Stephanie’s terrible kidnapping by Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey). This week, we’ll see more of the couple as they try to work things out.

On Monday, Lani returns! Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Lani get the chance to catch up now that she’s back in Salem. We might get to see Lani reconnect with a few different people later this week…
Meanwhile, Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers confirm that Stephanie continues to struggle after her kidnapping. While she can’t seem to connect with her husband, Alex, Stephanie has been growing closer to Jeremy Horton (Mark Roark). Looks like today, she continues to gain some comfort from him!
Theo has his own problems — namely, that he’s keeping a huge secret about his mother from everyone. Luckily, he has Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) in his corner. He’s able to open up to her today… but does Theo confess to Gabi the whole truth about what has him so overwhelmed?
Finally, it looks like we’ll return to the DiMera medical mystery. Nobody, save Theo and a few others, knows that EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) had Lexie in that medical pod. Today, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) continue to speculate on what, exactly, EJ is up to…

A lot happens today! On Tuesday, Chad DiMera is back! We’ll get to see him immediately have a rather uncomfortable reunion with Cat. How will Chad feel about whatever is going on with Cat and EJ? One can’t help but wonder!
Speaking of romance, Philip Kiriakis (Jean-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi continue to grow their own romantic connection. Philip, of course, has no idea about Gabi and Theo’s little secret.
Elsewhere in Salem, Theo continues to do his best to deal with his secret about his mother. Lexie hasn’t woken up yet, and on Tuesday, Theo remains optimistic that she will.
Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers also hint that we’ll see the brewing war between EJ and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) explode today. Though the two have been partners in crime, they definitely don’t love each other. Finally, EJ puts his foot down and kicks Gwen out of the DiMera mansion.
Tuesday will also return to the love story between Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). While Leo’s still in love with Javi, Javi told Leo that he has already moved on with someone he works with. However, today Leo wants to learn more about Javi’s new boyfriend — and chooses to stalk him online!

On Wednesday, Lani continues to catch up with her old friends and loved ones in Salem. Today, she’ll reconnect with her friend Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Will Lani learn what Kristen is up to now… and can she convince her to not follow through with killing Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman)?
Speaking of Johnny, EJ’s son is feeling very overprotective of Chanel. Last week, Johnny was convinced that he felt a lump on Chanel’s breast and wanted her to go to the doctor. Today, he chooses to act because of her health. As Chanel was a little annoyed with him last week, how will she take his actions today?
Johnny has had a lot of drama recently — and not just drama within his marriage. He’s also facing a potential lawsuit from Titan. Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers hint that this will continue to be a major storyline for various characters. Today, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) even finds herself lying to her Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) — and we’re almost certain it has to do with Jonny’s lawsuit.
Marlena also has a few questions for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Will this be in a professional capacity… or more aligned with what he has done to Johnny?
Finally, Wednesday will also see Tate Black (Leo Howard) continue to clash with his enemy, Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd). Sophia is out to bring down Johnny and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). Tate, meanwhile, is trying to bring down Sophia. Will Sophia realize that she has to be careful around Tate?

Towards the end of the week, we get some real drama. First off, EJ is completely blindsided on Thursday. Could this have something to do with Kristen or Lexie? Or maybe even his father’s will, which will be read soon now that Chad is back in town?
Chad has some drama today himself. Now that he’s back in Salem, he’s also reconnecting with a few different people, similarly to Lani. Today, he has more than a few questions for none other than Gwen!
Official Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers also hint that Stephanie is continuing to struggle with feeling safe after her kidnapping. Previously, she had decided she wanted to own a gun. Today, her father, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), explains gun safety to her. Will this lesson help Stephanie feel a bit more comfortable in her home?
Jeremy is also dealing with his own struggles. After all, he was kidnapped with Stephanie, too! The two have a volatile history, though. Even though Stephanie has relied on Jeremy recently, there’s no telling where their relationship will go. Today, Jeremy opens up to Julie Olson Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) — and he might receive a bit of much-needed advice.
Finally, today’s episode will also see Leo trying to get back together with Javi. Leo wants to make plans with his ex. Will Javi relent and decide to spend some time with Leo?

Elsewhere in Salem, DiMera family drama continues, as Kristen slaps EJ. Kristen hates EJ so much that she wants Sophia to kill his son, Johnny. What possibly could be the reason she slaps him today? It could really be about anything.
Speaking of Sophia, she’s ready and willing to do Kristen’s dirty work! Official Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers hint that their plan to bring down EJ and Johnny might just be in the works already. Today, Sophia waits to act.
Meanwhile, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) isn’t too happy with Xander, which isn’t a surprise at all. She chastises him while her current flame, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), has Marlena’s back.
