Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) latest war heavily affects Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) own relationship.
On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Claire and Kyle find themselves on opposing sides of an issue. We’re going to bet this has something to do with the fact that Victor kidnapped Jack, put him on a yacht in the middle of a lake, and somehow got Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) out of the mental institution she was in.
It’s been a lot of drama, to say the least. Now, Kyle and Claire find themselves caught up in the whole mess.
The Latest Newman-Abbott War Affects Everyone on Y&R
According to the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, Kyle and Claire butt heads over an issue, finding themselves on opposite sides. Considering both of them are in the thick of the latest Abbott-Newman war, it appears Victor and Jack’s actions might keep these two apart for the foreseeable future.
For one thing, Victor isn’t apologetic at all about what he’s done to Jack. Claire, as his granddaughter, may very well take his side, as the Newmans always stick together.
Kyle, on the other hand, witnessed firsthand what Victor did to Jack. He also had a front row seat to the breakdown of his parents’ marriage — and all because of Victor. He’s not too thrilled with The Moustache. Chances are, he’s not going to be too thrilled with Claire, especially if she sides with Victor.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next for Claire and Kyle?
As a result of this latest Y&R spoiler, it looks like Claire and Kyle may have a bumpy road ahead, once again. Signs pointed to the former couple reuniting, but now, this Victor-Jack war may keep them apart.
Plus, there is Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) to consider. Holden likes Claire. Once upon a time, Claire liked Holden. Previously on the CBS soap, she even seemed very happy to see him — and then rather disappointed when he didn’t give her the time of day like she thought he would.
Claire is feeling like she wants to do something wild. She even told her grandmother as much! So, we might see good girl Claire align with Victor, even if it puts her at odds with Kyle.
Maybe she’ll even end up with Holden.
