Eva and Kat have long had it out for each other, for obvious reasons. However, just when we thought they would continue to be eternal enemies for the rest of their existence, Kat gave Eva an olive branch on her birthday. She even invited her to join in on her birthday celebrations. Progress, indeed!
However, that little movement in the direction of forming a relationship might already be in jeopardy. Which, honestly, we should’ve seen coming…
Official Beyond the Gates spoilers confirm that Eva sees Izaiah Hawthorne (Lami) and Kat catching up — and she’s not thrilled about it. Eva and Izaiah have just gone through some relationship drama, but they’ve managed to work things out. Will Kat ruin things for them?
Eva & Kat Just Can’t Seem to Get Along on BTG
Even though Kat managed to be nice to Eva recently, these two half-sisters still have a long way to go to form anything resembling a mutually kind sisterly relationship. However, their most recent interaction on Kat’s birthday hinted that maybe they were both willing to put aside their past drama to connect.
Now, however, it looks like that might not happen. Eva clearly seems jealous or uncomfortable with Kat and Izaiah’s friendship. But will Eva lash out as a result of this jealousy? Or will she accurately handle the emotions that she’s feeling?
Furthermore, how will Kat take all of this, if she’s aware of how Eva feels? While these Beyond the Gates spoilers hint at a situation that may cause friction between the sisters, they don’t indicate that they’ll ruin the small step they’ve made with each other.
Anything is possible. Kat and Eva could work things out. Eva could keep these feelings to herself or only confess how she feels to Izaiah. Or, Kat and Eva could be at each other’s throats, once again.
Of course, this could majorly impact Eva’s relationship with Izaiah, too. They just managed to get over their mothers’ interference in their romance. Can they manage to get past this snag with Kat, too?
